The USA and Vietnam on Monday warned towards the “risk or use of pressure” within the disputed South China Sea, days after the most recent conflict involving Chinese language vessels.
“The Leaders underscored their unwavering help for the peaceable decision of disputes in accordance with worldwide legislation, with out the risk or use of pressure,” President Joe Biden and Vietnamese chief Nguyen Phu Trong stated in a joint assertion, calling for “unimpeded lawful commerce within the South China Sea”.
