Lee made landfall with near-hurricane energy within the Canadian province of Nova Scotia on Saturday as a post-tropical cyclone, the U.S. Nationwide Hurricane Heart mentioned. Gov. Maura Healey, who had declared varied states of emergency for the storm, lifted the orders Saturday, saying on social media Lee’s results on the state had been “minimal.”
“I am grateful for residents and public security officers who’ve been responding to and getting ready for extreme climate and flooding all through the week,” she mentioned.
Forward of the storm, lobstermen moved their boats and traps inland so they would not be broken in tough waters.
