The incident is known to have occurred on Malaysia Airways flight MH122.
The flight was pressured to return to Sydney Airport simply earlier than 4pm on Monday after a passenger allegedly turned disruptive on board.
A video of the person on-board flight MH122 reveals him speaking to a member of the flight crew was posted to social media.

An AFP spokeswoman confirmed officers have been attending the main airport on Monday afternoon.
