EL CAJON, Calif. (AP) — Police have been looking for an “armed and harmful” suspect following a taking pictures in Southern California that left at the least three folks injured Thursday.
The taking pictures occurred at a dental workplace in El Cajon, about 15 miles (24 kilometers) northeast of downtown San Diego, in response to media stories.
Police recognized the suspect as Mohammed Abdulkareem, 29, who allegedly fled the scene in a white U-haul pickup with Arizona license plates. Authorities urged folks to name 911 with any details about him.
