Emergency bushfire warning issued for WA

An emergency bushfire warning has been issued for the Shire of Toodyay – northeast of Perth and the Shire of Manjimup within the south.

The emergency warning has been issued for West Toodyay, Coondle and Julimar.

Authorities declared it too late for residents south of Julimar Highway to depart and have instructed anybody within the north to evacuate instantly.

The bushfire is shifting quick in a westerly route.

Emergency warnings have been issued to components of Callcup, Crowea and Meerup within the Shire of Manjimup.

Watch and act alerts are in place for the western a part of Lancelin within the Shire of Gingin.
