All of the restrictions applied in Moscow over the weekend as mercenary Wagner Group troops marched on town have been lifted, the Russian capital’s Mayor Sergei Sobyanin stated Monday.
“All restrictions associated to the introduction of the anti-terrorist operation regime are being lifted,” Sobyanin stated in a press release, during which he thanked Moscovites for “their calmness and understanding.”
