Former deputy prime minister Barnaby Joyce says individuals in NSW are sad with the “wind factories” which are going up of their electorates.
Mr Joyce mentioned individuals in Labor seats are “massively sad” with the federal government’s pursuit of web zero.
“They don’t realise what they’re doing to their very own electoral probabilities,” Mr Joyce advised Sky Information host Andrew Bolt.
“There’s actually hundreds of individuals there saying bugger off, Bowen, the wind farms are going … these are usually not wind farms – farms develop potatoes, they develop sheep, they develop cattle, they develop carrots.
“These are imported from China and mainly ship inefficient energy. That’s what they’re – they’re wind factories, not wind farms.
“Individuals are getting very, very indignant with the idealism utterly swamping out their … rights.”
